It would be useful if time in and time out records were stored in pre-timecard. We use Field Connect for service work order and hours processing. Once we change the work order status to B for billed it queries back to Field Connect and the time in and out record changes to 12 am because the hours are now stored in pretimecard with no time in and out records making it impossible to calculate overtime properly with union rules without looking up every work order in spectrum.
