I would like to have the option to make an add-on or deduction code inactive. I have some that I no longer want used but if I delete them I found that it deletes the history. I changed the description to DO NOT USE but I would prefer an option to make the code inactive.

I agree! We have had to change add-on and deduction codes over the last 13 years and people do not seem to read "DO NOT USE". We desperately need to be able to inactivate add-on and deduction codes.

Would editing the title with 'inactive' be of any help?

We've only been in Spectrum for 2 years now and this is already a problem. I don't understand why it's not set up like other maintenance items or lists where you can mark things inactive. Maybe this can be bumped up.

This would be terrific to have the ability to mark add on or deduction codes inactive. This would save a lot of time rather than searching through a long list of add ons or deductions. We have been on Spectrum since 1990, so there are a lot of codes that are no longer used!!

I agree that this would be very helpful. I put in a suggestion for the same thing several years ago but never got any traction on it. Maybe we'll have more luck this time!
