In the GL_Detail_MC table you have information fields available to you that are not used.
There is a field Operator_Id and Tran_Date that are left empty or not entered correctly. It would be nice to know the Operator's 3 digit code for every GL transaction for information, audit trails or legal action. Also your date fields (which includes a time stamp) in many areas of you program you just use 12AM for everything. Why not use the actual time stamp of the transaction instead of creating other fields for the time (this condition of not using the time stamp is in most of your tables).
This would be helpful to those of us that lookup raw data in SQL or create Crystal Reports, I know this suggestion may not be for everyone, but it might even make it easier on your coders and development team to have that information in one place since you already have the fields in the table and are just not using them.
