It would be very helpful to see the Vendor status in the Infobar like what we see in Payroll for Employee status

Yes, probably more than normal. We have a lot of Subcontractors, and if they haven’t been used in over a year or two, we may set them to Inactive. It helps up make sure we review/update Vendor information if they come back to work on projects.
Additionally, we partnered with Comdata last year. We scrubbed our vendor list and set a lot of vendors to Inactive if not used in over a year, and then only focused on enrolling the Active vendors. As we start to use vendors that had been flagged Inactive, we go through our process to see if they accept Comdata and the whole enrollment process.
I understand it may not be that beneficially for the mass users, but it would be convenient in many instances.

While I get that employees may be terminated or on leave, do you have a lot of vendors that are inactive or not used?
