When confirming thousands of invoices per month the current invoice approval confirm process requires excessive clicking. After approving an invoice and proceeding to click the "Confirm" button the system pops up a date selector. The date selection process requires up to 4 clicks to complete for every invoice. This adds thousands of extra clicks for each check run. 98% of the time the invoice should be posted to the current month (default to last day of the month) or to the prior month (default to the last day of the month). Suggest adding two new confirm buttons to avoid the date selector altogether. Keep the current confirm button so the date selector can still be used if needed. Add a button called "Post to Current Month" (default to the last day of the month). Add a button called "Post to Prior Month" (default to the last day of the month). This is a extremely simple improvement that would save thousands of clicks for many of us.

I disagree, this request does not already exist. Obviously, you don't confirm many invoices. Even with multi select you have to click 4 times to set a date. No wonder this system causes carpel tunnel went your totally close minded to click saving ideas.
How about a different idea? Invoice Approval supports multi-select. Once you have selected all of the rows, click Confirm and then enter the appropriate date. This will provide you the same functionality today.
