We experienced a problem today caused by a rogue unit price on the Schedule of Values that was entered incorrectly. The incorrect unit price was brought over into a Draw Request before we realized the problem.
It is understandable that the Draw Request instances the Schedule of Values at the time of its creation, but it would be exceedingly helpful if there was a button option or utility that could be utilized to force the Draw Request to refresh its instance from the current Schedule of Values. This way if Accounts Receivable or Management needs to make a minor adjustment/correction to the Schedule of Values, they will be able to push those changes to the current draw request without jumping through all sorts of hoops.

We currently have a contract where Phase 1 is broken out into a detailed SOV and Phase 2 is not - it is represented as a single line item to be detailed out later as it will not start for a few months. While the client is ok with this, Spectrum is not, therefore we cannot use Draw Request Entry for this contract at any time for the duration of the job. I can change the SOV without an issue, but that change will not be reflected in Draw Request once App01 has been entered and posted.
