I would like to have an option to print AP remittance sheets. With our previous software, we used to print and file with paid invoices. We could just go to the file and have everything available there. It was especially convenient during our yearly audit.
I would also like the email to vendors to include the vendor name or code in the subject line. We send a BCC to our AP address but without knowing which email is for each vendor, the copy is nearly useless. If we could easily identify the vendor, we could easily send another copy of the remittance email when they can't find the original.
