We realize that Spectrum "allows" for the same employee code to be present in different companies, but with confidential payroll, we find it impossible to have validated "key personnel" fields (which we would LIKE to have) when our project managers are in confidential and the jobs are in our field company.
I would envision that if you allowed validation by company code and employee code, that you could then have key personnel from multiple companies.
If this could be concerning to open it up to all companies, maybe provide a JC install screen setting that lets you specify just linked ConfPR companies or the ability to add which companies you want to have linked for purposes of validating the "key personnel" fields.
