Currently we have to add a line item on the invoice to account for sales tax. I am not aware of anyway to include tax in the draw without it affecting the contract value.

I may be missing something here...but can't you enter sales tax onto the Summary Billing Entry page? I am going to mark this one as already exists...but I can always change it back...but I just want to understand why the existing functionality isn't working here.
