We are experiencing frequent system outages due to Doc Imaging taking the system to its knees. Just this week, the issue has hit three times, delaying many critical business processes dependent on Spectrum and leaving staff unproductive for hours. We have advised users to flatten fillable PDFs, but would like an application enhancement that either flattens PDFs as part of the upload process, gives users a warning to flatten or prohibits upload of non-flattened fillable PDFs. Relying on all users to always proactively flatten without system assistance is not a scalable solution.
