PTE Mobile App - Notes Synced to Spectrum Issue

On the mobile app you are able to enter notes on a time entry with an unspecified character limit. Once the record is synced to Spectrum only the first 30 characters transfer over to the "Message" section of a pre-time card line entry.

Proposed solution is to extend the character limit beyond 30, or have a visible character counter (Ex. 22/30) on the Notes entry screen combined with a hard-restriction on any characters beyond 30.

Preferred solution is to remove the sync restriction and extend beyond 30 because we are needing to capture more information (certifying breaks/lunches, etc.) than what is currently available.
