Currently when enter in credit memos from my vendor's Spectrum is automaticaly using credit memo's date as due date. We are not set up to take credit right away. We can't take a credit before the invoice was paid. Our credit memo's should have the same standards as our invoices; go by vendor terms. We have some vendors that offer discount and they don't want us to be taking credits on invoices right away when we're being offered a discount. Majority of the time our credits are from invoices that I'm curretnly keyed in and we can't take credits early if we have not paid the invoice. I have to calculate out the due date to correct this and make sure I'm not taking credits before they are due.
