Many reports in Payroll are showing different rates and total calculations when any wage rate extends past 100th of a cent. (ex. regular rate 33.73, OT rate 50.595) Certified payroll reports, employee direct deposit stub will display a rate of $50.60 but calculate the total correctly. So the employee thinks they are not getting paid correctly. AASHTOWare reports to MN DOT balance to not match on payroll summary report. This is resulting the MN DOT calling us thinking we are not paying our employee correctly. I can send copies of reports to help narrow down the issue and hopefully get corrected.
