For instance when entering an invoice to a direct cost, once you choose a phase, you don't have an option on cost type. So why do we have to go through entering it. When we choose a bank account number, why would it let you choose the wrong cost center. We ended up with a bunch of activity that wouldn't post to the GL because of this but did post to the A/P Journal and had to void. It shouldn't have been an option to start with. Once we chose our bank account, the cost center should be locked.
