Most accounting packages have an option to Print an old Invoice, and it usually says Print Invoice, and it usually has the same Button look as all the other options you can do for an Invoice. Spectrum has it as a hyperlink with the working Send Invoice.
I would change look to match the other buttons available, and I would add the change the words to Print/Send Invoice, as most people would look for the word print (regardless if it is a send or download, as you can preview the Invoice, you can then Print/Download/Email the Invoice).
Also the option should be included in the Invoice Inquiry screen, so you have less clicks to get to the option of having to go to the Customer to obtain the option.
This change would make it much more intuitive by adding the work Print, and give the users more options by adding it to Inquiry, and by making the button be the same, it makes Spectrum be more consistent.
I don't know if anyone else had this issue, but we were stumped for about an hour trying to figure out how to reprint an Invoice, maybe we are to used to other accounting packages that we could not see the forest thru the trees by equating Send with Print, maybe it is just us, but I think it would help others.
