Currently images are attached at the header level for AP invoices. The is problematic for expense report invoices and credit card invoices where there are hundreds of invoice detail lines, all being charged to different GL accounts, Jobs, phases, etc. The images associated with all of those cost transactions are currently being stored at the header level. This is a problem when creating T&M invoices where we send document backup to customers - they end up with every receipt image for our entire credit card invoice, not just the receipt associated with the cost transaction they are being billed for. It is a security issue and it creates confusion.
It is also a security issue in that Spectrum operators can view receipt images unfiltered. Furthermore it creates a tedious process trying to locate a receipt image for a particular cost transaction.
