Right now Spectrum's Vendor Activity Report is set to report what a vendor has been paid, but it doesn't give you the exact amount paid on a job. It incorporates other jobs, depending on if the check is split between other jobs. Spectrum should have a report that details how much was paid to a vendor on the specific job. It should be accurate. The response form the help desk has been it is a design issue. If I want an accurate report I need to have a custom report built at extra cost. This should be a standard report offered by Spectrum. It's a basic function.
