In a Draw Request you have the option to select override retainage for each line item or enter the amount of retainage held by clicking the Summary Entry button.
1) there should be a way to select all line items retainage override, without having to click each check box. (For when you want to set the retainage to a lump sum amount and allow it to automatically disburse)
2) Or, if you enter a lump sum in the Summary Entry section, it should adjust the exact amount on the line items already billed. Not online item not billed.
The experience I have had with this is, it balances out the retainage by entering negative amounts of retainage held in line items that have not been charged. Throwing off the reqs amount. This is idea is a result of Case #: 30584406
