Add "Employee" as a type when building a 1099

We have employees that we pay truck pay to through payroll but it is not taxed in payroll so we manually build and send 1099s to all those it applies to. We use the "Other" 1099 type so we don't have to add them all as vendors but would be efficient to select "employee" and then have it pull info from the payroll tables to fill in the 1099 as far as name, address and SSN. Also should pull the work and personal email so when exported to NELCO, an email will be sent to the employee, same as W-2 and 1095-C.
