During the budget creation of a project in Spectrum you can assign SOV/Draw Request billing lines to specific phase codes. It would be incredibly time saving and drastically reduce human error by manual entry to auto-populate the Draw Request "This Period" billing lines based on the T&M billing totals. There will not always be a T&M detail so it doesn't make sense to do it all the time, but having a means of selecting the option when creating a new draw request would be very helpful.
