support case number 30631801 AP line item remarks do not populate in the GL inquiry screen, Remarks column in the GL is a repeat of the vendor name and not the individual invoice line item remarks entered by ap. Remarks would be helpful in helping identify charges. Was told information does not post to the GL module to utilize canned reporting. do not want to create custom reports for every need in spectrum.

the AP invoice line item remarks should be displayed to the GL posting
Can you help me out in understanding the request here? We populate the vendor and invoice number to make it easier to trace from G/L back to A/P.
What exactly were you wanting to do here? Would these comments be at the header level or at the detail distribution level?
