We would like for PM's to have the ability, similar to vendor invoices, to add phase numbers in the routing to an existing/newly created invoice by a contract administrator/APM. Currently we have a number of PM’s who “sit” on subcontractor invoices in their email due to the fact they are waiting for the CO to be issued. Concerns are if they are not in the system, they are not hitting the job cost and there is the chance of non-processing or being lost.
