Currently the GET PHASE routine provides a status filter based on the phase code (A,I,C). Unless phase statuses are rigorously managed...this results in getting phase records for old jobs that are closed.
Currently we have to get all active phase codes (A,I) then delete the phase codes where job status=C.
It would work much better if we can get records by JOB status. For instance, all phase codes for jobs with A,I status.
