There are times when you need to revise or change the payroll number for a Certified payroll and you cannot do that in Spectrum.

Agreed. CPR #1 was created with zero labor hours (we think due to equipment only charges??). The correct CPR report #1 was a week later but we can't change the report number. Now we are off numbers for the entire life of the project.
Requesting an enhancement to allow an end user the ability to update a certified payroll report number. At this time, we have to manually update each page from the export and is time consuming
