There was a recent update that disallowed changing a work order's dispatch status to anything other than "Hold" statuses. I was told this change was made due to conflicts happening when working in offline mode.
Idea: Instead of always limiting the selection to Hold statuses, the statuses should only be limited when working offline. When working online - all statuses should be available.

This request had to do with Service Tech web...something that we no longer support. To try to keep the list managable, I've closed out the suggestion (BTW the app does support what was requested)
