If a subcontractor is set up in the Job with compliance/document tracking - those do not hit the vendor document tracking without being input a second time... unless we're missing something. The only way from the Vendor is to dig into subcontracts, jobs, jobs subcontract, document tracking.

We run into the same issue! It is something that we are having to track in a spreadsheet separately because we haven't found an efficient way to get the information we need when if comes to the COI's.
Geoffrey - I have the same issue on our end. Many of our compliance docs are job specific but come audit times or when seeing which jobs we have the COI's for when it's time for renewal it would be easier to see them all in one place as well as in the job. That way you can say - hey vendor - we need new COI's for xxx, xxx, and xxx. But we also need them in the job setup since that is where our project managers see the info.
I would recommend any compliance items that are not job specific be set up at the vendor level. That way they are applicable to all invoices associated to that vendor.
