In HRM when we are filling out the company information in forms such as the W4 it would be nice if that information could autofill into each new hire's paperwork.

It would be nice to have the W-4 information at least populate state tax forms
I believe this is a huge step in making the onboarding process efficient. I actually thought this was already in place. When I was shown how the W-4 & I9 fill from the information worksheet, I thought that same information worksheet would be used for every document. After all, why should the employee need to type their name on every document besides these 2?
