Our clients issue PO's through out the project and want them billed separately by PO. The only way to achieve this is by setting up a new customer in AR per PO or use the master job feature. We could have over 50 POs on a large project and I do not want to setup 50 customers or 50 separate jobs to achieve something so simple. We were able to have multiple contracts with the same customer on a project in Timberline and if we have known this was not possible in Spectrum we probably would of thought twice on buying Spectrum.

It sounds like the master/sub job feature could help out here. The master job holds all of the TM/cost+ pricing rules...and then you issue a sub job to represent the various PO's.
If billing through T+M you can opt to create 1 invoice...or you can bill by sub job.
