Using the LCPTracker option when exporting Certified payrolls from Spectrum, it exports it in CSV. Before I can upload the file, I have to change it to "Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls)". Other Certified payroll sites do accept the LCPTracker format in CSV, so it would be nice to just have a button that lets us choose the export format while exporting the Certified payroll. Even the Template download from LCPtracker is an XLS form.
