We have Customer Invoices that are created in Spectrum that automatically calculate Sales Tax with an Avatax Connector. However, it will leave the Percentage % Rate in Parenthesis at (0.00%). The vast majority of our customers require us to have that field populated with the actual rate so the only option is to use the Adobe PDF Menu to edit the file and manually calculate the correct percentage rate to replace the 0.00% before sending to the customer on each individual invoice. We have a high volume of invoices so it is very important for us to have this manual procedural step eliminated.
