Every seventh year, there are 53 pay cycles in the year. Spectrum should offer the option of allowing for this so that the pay cycles in the year are correctly numbered to match the payroll weeks. Since we index everything based on these cycle numbers, the numbers are now off by one and will continue to be off by one number. This problem is further complicated by the fact that we use PTE where the payroll periods must be synched.

We added this option back in the 2020 year end. You can enable this in two places:
When running the Year End Clear, select the 'Extra pay period this year?' checkbox.
Go to your federal tax code and you will see the 'Extra pay period this year?' checkbox there.
As it is already March...you can enable the checkbox via the second option. If you want, you can create the pay cycle calendar and it will take the extra period into consideration (BUT NOTE that you will want to go in the check the 'Processed' checkbox for all weeks you have already paid out...)
