Many times I receive COs from our clients which only cover a portion of our CR with the remainder to be received on a later CO. When this happens, I have to make multiple entries for the same CR based on the CO received. This really makes things hard to follow for the PMs reading their logs and leaves a lot of room for error.
Instead of a 1-to-1 relationship between CRs and COs, please allow entry of multiple COs to a CR thereby allowing the original single entry to stay intact. Understandably there would also have to be some sort of delineation made on the Costs tab as well which would mean a second selection, but would preserve the estimate vs having to break that estimate out into 2 or more CRs.
