We should be able to change the job number on an open subcontract after it has been added just like you can on purchase orders. It could be the person entering just accidentally entered the wrong job number or be a valid business reason that they are splitting the job into multiple jobs and this subcontract belongs on one of the newly created jobs instead. It is a lot of extra work for no value. Now you have to close out that order and issue a whole new order which means changing the order number for the subcontractor. which inevitably causes problems in the long run.
