Submitting Exempt on the new W4 forms is a legitimate option, and it is not supported in Spectrum. The workaround is to plug in 99 exemptions, but it would be nice for proper support for this valid W4 entry.

While I understand that folks would rather not have to say 99 exemptions, making an employee exempt drops them out of ALL W-2 reporting. Since that isn't what is wanted, this is a smallish work around (vs having to change Payroll and introduce potential bugs).
