- If you zoom to hours, you're only able to see one day. (Being able to see a week is ideal. We can zoom to days, but then you cannot read any work orders that are assigned and if you click on them, you risk moving the work order)
- If you click on the assigned work order you see the WO Number and Customer Name, what would be so great (and reduce fast clicks and accidental moves) would be to only hover over the WO and see the WO Number, Cust/Site Name, Site City, and a short, maybe the first 6 words, of the Customer Request/Work Summary of the WO. This is especially helpful in the wee hours of the morning when techs call in and schedules have to be rearranged - to be able to coordinate work in same cities/areas.
- If you double click on the assigned work order, it should bring you to the Work Order, not the tech schedule for future work.
- Provide an option or a preference to grant "more real estate". Maybe it's having an option to remove the Unassigned Work Orders section. Maybe it's being able to launch the assigned dispatch schedule into another browser.
