Executive order 13706, is on every Davis Bacon wage order. This requires us to provide 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked on a prevailing wage order. There doesn't seem to be a systematic way in Spectrum to automatically accrue this time to stay complaint. It would be nice to have this as an automatic accrual, but only when someone works on a job that is flagged as Davis Bacon and Certified. We do exceed this requirement for many that have been here 3 years or more, so if there would be a way to look at vacation accruals and scale this to make sure between the vacation accrual and the Sick time accruals, that it doesn't exceed 56 hours a year, as the vacation accruals do satisfy this requirement.

We're seeing more and more that state and/or union contracts are dictating sick leave. Having the ability to have a job determine the sick time accrual code would be very helpful in dealing with these federal requirements in additional to state and/or union contract requirements.
This was a federal requirement since 2017. When chatting with support, I was told that there is no way to automate this at this time.
