I know this will be low priority, but there is currently a lot of wasted space on the list views like the Employees screen PR.EMFM. i would suggest consolidating all buttons into a command bar where the New button is located and putting the record count in the area below the records. i know it is not much, but the user always wants to see more data in one screen. i count 35 rows in the current view and 41 in my redesign. that is 16% increase in number of rows displayed.

Interesting idea, but like you said, this is a low priority. I doubt we would ever change this going forward.
