Our images are very poor quality. If we do not zoom in all the way we can't see the information on them. Everything is blurry.

There is a balance between image quality and speed. The greater the image quality, the potential slower it will be to render the image.
Having said that, you can log a incident with Support. The System folks can change the resolution for your system. Granted, it may be slower...
