Currently when we receive a customer PO for invoicing after the work order has been invoiced, we need to reopen the work order to put the PO # in the correct field. I think it would be beneficial to have this field as one you can edit no matter what stange the work order is in. Will eliminate a lot of $0.00 invoices as you have to process those to close the work order again.

We have many customers who ask us to send them the final invoice so they can issue a PO #. Once we get the PO, we have to submit that invoice to their accounting department.
I must be missing something as I don't get why you would add a PO onto an invoice that has already been invoiced. Help me out, as I just am confused here.
