We sometimes have invoices that will have more than one job on it. This is mainly for our vending invoices. There will be multiple job numbers and/or work order and/or direct to GL Account. I don't know if there's any jobs or work orders that are inactive or closed. For me to know this, I would have to open each Purchase Order detail line. This can be time consuming and frustrating (because one you complete a page and on a next page you're taken back to the beginning). I must put our inactive jobs on a report for our accounts receivable person.
