The Job Projection Notes should always be saved and updated. I was told that this only will happen if a change is made to the Projection dollar amount. This is inconvenient. We may find out that a cost code is over or under while approving invoices or doing another task that doesn't necessarily make a change to the total projection, it is just a note to be added for future reference.
