It would be nice to see the GL Account the lines are going against. It's can can be time consuming have to click view to look at Purchase Order Detail Line.
The problem with this is sometimes one invoice can go against more than one GL account and job numbers/work orders. When there's only several lines 3-5, it's not too bad. However, when there's over 10 or more it's gets time consuming having to do that.
The other issue is when you're review the purchase order detail line and moving to the next page. You have to remember what you just selected because once you're done review it you're taken back to line 1.
We get vending invoices and I have to open up the PO in order to review each line to make sure everything is correct. Then, I enter the invoice.
