Spectrum needs an undeposited funds function that would allow us to receive payments into Undeposited Funds. Then we can create a deposit transaction where we would select and group those items we received in (like the specific credit card payments or individual checks) and add them as a single deposit to whatever bank account we designate. We have a high volume of checks/credit card payments that are deposited as single items in our bank accounts and it is difficult to reconcile at month end without adequate tracking of which receipts relate to which deposits. Many accounting systems have this function as a standard (ex. Quick Books), so we feel this would be a welcome improvement.
