Allow the "Utilize employee code for job personnel" to pull from more than one company. For example, we have companies that have a field and a confidential company. We'd like to allow the user to "utilize employee code for job personnel"; however, our jobs reside in our field company while many of our project managers reside in the confidential company. As a result, we can not use the employee code for those project managers as they do not reside in the field company. If the job install screen allowed to specify multiple companies where you could search for and use employee codes, this would allow for better flexibility in handling the job personnel for companies that have both a field and confidential company.
