When adding a tech to the Work Order Service Tech allow the WO to make status adjustments for the toggle "is work complete?". However, if another tech (helper) is added to the WO, who does not have the ability to toggle, the WO does not adjust based on the installation screen setup to advance forward; thus takes a manual adjustment.
This is an issue for apply time for additional techs who do not have access to the module.
Using the Dashboard app features in Spectrum, for the WO module "Open and Other", is also problematic as there are no other options available to track the progress of a WO for the admin/management staff. (see my two previous ticket on reports please)
