The data entry windows are time killers especially when it validates each field as you go. Being able to tab through fields with no windows popping up would be much faster.
Allow the record to validated at the end so we can skip around if needed.
Being able to view and edit the timecards & pre-timecards in the grid would be great. We could use the down arrow if we have one field on several time sheets that need adjusting.
