the pay stub the employee sees on employee kiosk does not show VAC hours accrued for that pay cycle. the check/auto dep copy shows how many VAC hours were accrued for the paycycle + YTD balance. we stopped distributing EE chk/AD copies since everybody goes on Kiosk. Now, our employees have to ask me how many VAC hours they will have in the future because they don't see what's getting accrued every paycycle to estimate what will be available for them in the future. The EE kiosk paystub should have the same info as the chk/AD file copy for transparency to the employees.

Yes I agree. The final check print that is generated through the payroll process should be available to the employees through the employee kiosk. This is the document financial institutions prefer.
