Currently one can add contact information in Vendor under AP. But the same information cannot be used in PO module under the same vendor. The contact information needs to be typed each time for the same vendor. It does not save so repetitive work. Flow is broken.

PO Vendor contact and also a job contacts if possible. Vendor and Job is required on PO unless it is warehouse item. The contacts are added to Vendor and Job, but there is no direct way to select it. Yes, it can be added to crystal report but to select the correct contact there is no option as there are few contacts on each Vendor and Job.
This will be on the address portion as attached. Most likely selected on Form Info tab.

Where would the contact(s) show up on the PO Form? Would it be a message row?
Or if I am missing it completely, how would you want to use this?
