When generating a ZIP archive of job related files using the "Distribute" button on the "Job Cost History Report", the included files are named using a meaningless combination of letters and numbers.
When files are included in the ZIP archive, use a meaningful (human readable) file name that identifies the type of file (invoice, pay app, etc.) and the corresponding vendor (etc.). The filename could also include the actual name of the invoice and the invoice date (etc.).
