Currently: When I import salary employees' hours and redistribute, Spectrum redistributes the salary amount across the hours AND still includes a line item for their total salary. This causes the salary amount to be double on the time card.
What is needed: We should be able to import hours for a salary employee, use the redistribute button to redistribute the salary amount across those imported hours so we can capture the cost associated to the job that employee worked on, not just the hours. I worked on this issue with Kate Wilson application support specialist and she concluded the system is not yet set up this way, but suggested I submit a ticket for enhancement.
